This is a Nigerian beans soup made with either black eyed or brown beans. Gbegiri soup is easy to make and it is best enjoyed with either Tuwo Shinkafa or Amala and Ewedu soup. Ingredients for 3 persons: .2 Cups of Black eyed or Brown Beans .3 Tablespoons of Palm Oil .2 Tablespoons of Crayfish Powder .1 Tablespoon of Locust Beans (Iru) .1-2 Tablespoons Ground Dried pepper (Atagungun) .1 Knorr Cube/ 2 seasoned cube .Salt to Taste .
