My Kitchen Today: Treat yourself with Sharwama...

One funny man says " Wahala no dey finish, enjoy life small". Today we will be looking at one of the most popular dish and how it can be locally made.
Sharwama is a dish that originates from the middle East. It consist of meat cut into thin slices  stacked into a Cone-like bread and roasted on a slowly - turning spit, while it looks like a highly continental dish, it can actually be prepared locally in your house

Ingredients ( for  I person)
. Unleavened bread(9*5 inches)
. Carrots ( 7-10 fingers)
. Cabbage( 1 bulb)
. Chicken/ beef/ Mutton( I will be using chicken)
. Hot dog
. Ketchup ( 1/4 cup)
. Sharwama Sauce
. Sharwama cream/Magarine( I will use both for variety taste)
Note: Ingredients can be adjusted to your taste and for health issues. For instance the cooking oil can be replaced with olive oil and meats can be replaced with Veggies to reduce the level of cholesterol.

Procedure
. Cut the carrot and Cabbage into small pieces and mix with Sharwama Sauce
. Boil your chicken until it is soft, remove the bone and shred
. Fry the hot dog for two minutes
. Rub Ketchup and the Sharwama cream on the unleavened bread
. Add the mixed carrot and Cabbage in the unleavened bread
. Add the hot dog, shredded chicken or sliced vegetables into the unleavened bread then wrap the bread into a conical form
. Rub the body of the bread again with Margarine
. Add the unleavened bread with it's content on a hot non-sticky frying pan and flip it side by side intermittently  for 10-15 minutes. You can add a little oil to the pan if you are using a sticky frying pan.
   Yes, our dish is ready๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹.
Sharwama is heavy in calories making it good for recovering muscles or weight loss. It also contains 32-39g of protein.
Sharwama can be consumed with any cold drink of your choice, give yourself and your family a unique experience!

Longest Nails on the Planet!

This is Christine Walton from Las Vegas -- who has the world's longest fingernails measuring a freaky 19ft 9in (601.9cm).She has set a record in Guiness world book of records. That's 10ft 2in (309.8cm) on her left hand and 9ft 7in (292.1cm) on her right hand and the 45-year-old singer says she hasn’t cut her fingernails since 1990. Christine insists the nails don’t prevent her from living a normal life; she can still braid hair, cook and drive, however, she does confess to struggling when shopping for clothes: "I’ll see the cutest shirts, and they’ll have these skinny arms and I know that my nails would just rip straight through them, she said. "I never made a conscious decision to grow the nails, but with all my children and the music commitments I guess it was easier to let the nails grow," she added, "Then one day I look down and they’re like 9 inches long!" Her current length of the fingernails are the equivalent length of a killer whale; two...

The Empowered woman

I think being a woman,I mean a real woman is one of the hardest things ever!. You won't agree with this only if you are not a woman, but if you are a woman, then congratulations to you.You are a mysterious being but then again this congratulation goes to the 'real woman'. The real woman is that person that makes everything difficult seem easy. She is a hard worker, faithful friend and partner,a good manager,a home maker,a lover,a confidant,a mother,a sister,a daughter,a visioneer...Someone,may say,"Yea, ok...I'm not a mother or I'm single and so does that make me not a real woman?Of course not!. Age,class, status, beauty or achievements do not define a real woman, but character does. I can't but wonder at the stories we hear these days about women.I marvel at the rate of evil perpetuated by women in our society.Prostitution is old wives tale but when women are involved in armed robbery, kidnappings, terrorism, gang rape, adultery, fraud to mention a few, then by a...
