Met Oga at the top

I ran into this man and my first reaction was a mischievous smile and I just couldn't stop smiling even after our eyes met.He was dressed in his full uniform and was followed closely by another uniformed man whom I supposed was his orderly. So those of you saying he has been sacked are in cuckoo land. Oga at the top still dey. Gbasibe o jare!.

However,I am particularly curious about why some men just go bonkers at the sight of a woman. Why his nose will trace a perfume to the owner? Why his mouth will hang ...
