2010 bombing:SSS arrests a banker and two others

The State Security Service SSS says Investigations into the October 1 2010 bombings close to the Eagle square in Abuja have been concluded and suspects will soon be arraigned before the courts.

Assistant Director, Public Relations Department in the SSS, Marilyn Ogar said this yesterday while displaying three vehicles and some rounds of ammunitions and other explosive device impounded by the service in the course of investigations.Mrs Ogar said the banker was in charge of all financial transcations of Henry Okah,the alleged mastermind of the plots.She also said that the second and third suspects who were arrested in different locations in Lagos played major roles in the bomb blast and distribution of ammunitions to militants and other components that were used for the bombing.
