i wish i could eat half of those. but i don't anymore ever since i am into body building. my food now is 8:30 am -quarker oats with boiled eggs or bread with boiled eggs,11:00am- porridge beans and unripe plaintain,2:30pm - brown rice with either fish or meat,5:30pm- fruits and cucumber,8:30pm-cabbage, tuna fish and broccoli, only weekends i spoil myself a bit.all these i eat in very small quantities. i am now muscular.it has made me stronger and i even sleep less. check out the prophet daniel's diet it is similar. i am sharper and even sleep less.all these foods you are eating are fatty.

Actually fihebom. You can modify many of these foods to make them less 'fatty'. What you are doing with your body building diet is eating simple foods as much as possible, that do not have multiple ingredients. If you were to cook these Nigerian foods, you can modify by eg using less palm oil. But most of the ingreadients are quite healthy- it just depends on quanitity.
