Best Selling Author,Rick warren looses son to suicide

The youngest son of Saddleback Valley Community Church pastor Rick Warren has committed suicide after a long battle with mental illness. Rick Warren, the head pastor of the 8th largest church in the U.S made the announcement today Saturday April 6th at his church in Lake Forest, CA.

Rick Warren told members of his congregation that his son took his own life Friday night after battling with mental illness for years which resulted in deep depression and suicidal thoughts. Matthew Warren (pictured right) was 27.

Rick's book"The Purpose Driven Life," has sold over 30 million copies worldwide.I own a copy and it is one book I am proud I invested in.At times,I honestly wonder at how great tragedies befall great men like Rick.May God grant his family peace and comfort at this time.

Hmmm, So sorry for rick's loss. I just hope God will save Rick Warren himself b/c Rick is a false teacher.

Tired of giving!

Oops!it's been rain rain rain in this part of my world for the past one week.At times it can be really annoying,especially when you have planned a fun day and the rains come pouring down making the ground all wet and irritating.If there is anything I love to do,it is shopping.I had planned to go shopping and the rain wouldn't just go away so I threw caution to the wind and grabbed my little umbrella.Out in the rain I went,quickly hailed a cab and zoomed to the market.
