The crisis in Airtel Nigeria one of the mobile telecommunications operators in the country seems not to be over as the company has sacked over 3,000 call centre employees.
This follows what the employees called unreasonable demands made by the company which they refused to accept.The company demands that the customer service staff salary be cut down by 60%,the 36days annual leave,reduced to 6days annual leave and 5working days in a week be increased to 6 working days in a week.The least person among these employees recieve N74,000 monthly,if the salary is cut as being intended by the Airtel owners,the take home pay for these staff will be N29,600 monthly...Are you for real, as in are these people serious?
