Naomi Campbell's Russian billionaire  boyfriend, Vladislav Doronin just gave her a 25 bedroom house shaped like the Eye of Horus on the Isle of Cleopatra in Turkey.  Reports say, the commissioned architect was given an unlimited budget to create one of the most unique celebrity green homes ever built. Green features include: photovoltaic panels, geothermal heating, and a rainwater harvesting system. Combined with a state-of-the-art geothermal system that provides all of the energy this 25 bedroom home (complete with five lounges) could possibly need. Sex and the single black women!

IMAGINE that the world consists of 20 men and 20 women, all of them heterosexual and in search of a mate. Since the numbers are even, everyone can find a partner. But what happens if you take away one man? You might not think this would make much difference. You would be wrong, argues Tim Harford, a British economist, in a book called “The Logic of Life”. With 20 women pursuing 19 men, one woman faces the prospect of spinsterhood. So she ups her game. Perhaps she dresses more seductively. Perhaps she makes an extra effort to be obliging. Somehow or other, she “steals” a man from one of her fellow women. That newly single woman then ups her game, too, to steal a man from someone else. A chain reaction ensues. Before long, every woman has to try harder, and every man can relax a little. Real life is more complicated, of course, but this simple model illustrates an important truth. In the marriage market, numbers matter. And among African-Americans, the disparity is much worse than i...

A mother's love!

This is a true story of Mother’ s Sacrifice during the Japan Earthquake. After t he Earthquake had subsided, when the rescuers reached the ruins of a young woman’s house, they saw her dead body through the cracks. But her pose was somehow strange that she knelt on her knees like a person who was worshiping; her body was leaning forward, and her two hands were supporting by an object. The collapsed house had crashed her back and her head. With so many difficulties, the leader of the rescuer team put his hand through a narrow gap on the wall to reach the woman’s body. He was hoping that this woman could be still alive. However, the cold and stiff body told him that she had passed away for sure. He and the rest of the team left this house and were goin...

How many men can identify a good woman?...

THE UGLY TRUTH They say they want TRUE LOVE but all they want is a checklist - Is he perfect, is he handsome, is he a doctor, is he rich, for you men who fit the criteria they are not sleeping with you, they are sleeping with the carefully calculated set of choices........money over substance, looks over soul and polish over principles. .I saw the above post by a friend on FB and I replied thus: Mhnn..at first read, the female instinct in me wanted to attack u outrightly but then I must accept the sad truth but it seems to me that there are few people with caharacter these days1.Its almost unbelievable cos u and I would readily dismiss it as baseless assumption but it is our map of reality.I keep wondering what the next generation that will be trained by this generation would be like.IMO,the men love bad women, hardly stay long with good women and hardly see beyond their balls when the bad woman is by their def "sexy".How many of u guys can identify a good woman when u s...

This past week...

I just noticed that almost everyone in my office is either itchy, acting frustrated or just nursing a wound under their skin.Have you ever worked in an environment where there is so much animosity that you literally feel it?If not, then welcome to my world!.You know I keep asking why anyone should blame anyone for his/her situation in life.I am personally of the school of thought that celebrates taking responsibilty for oneself:your actions and circumstances!.Life has different shades and for God's sakes everyone must at one time or another see these different shades. If it was all green or purple once upon a time, then be sure to welcome black and blue times too. A colleague of mine would walk into the office wearing this long face you would think this  dear colleague of mine just hit a trailer!.This same person would let off vibes on FB,(thank God for Facebook,at least you can rant there!)dissing the company and the bosses, calling them mediocres...hahaha,chei!.Why would you remain...
