Whose Image are you?

This is the title of a book I just read.Beautiful piece I must confess. It reminded me of a whole lot of things I knew but had so forgotten that they seemed non existent and very unrealistic to me.Things like reasons why we really need to appreciate life and the creator and giver of life.It reminded me indeed of who I am and painted a perfect picture of my image.

You see,the conscience is an inner Judge. It cannot make you do right but it shows you what is wrong or what is right. When your conscience is right, you have tremendous freedom.A good conscience can and will do for you what a sleeping pill cannot and will never do for you!.I am almost certain like I am certain of the lines on my palm that everyone believes in right or wrong;good or evil and all other negative and positive indices that define life and give it,its true meaning. The truth is every human represents these indices either by word or action. These indices define our personality and ultimately we parade the image of these indices;good or evil!

The sun lights up the day,the moon announces the night, the streams remind us of fishes, the green or brown grasses remind us of the change in seasons, the birds point us to the blue sky,the swaying trees open our ears to the rythm of the wind, nature is unbeatably expressive. It leaves its signature on everything it creates!.Just like these nature's expressions have signatures,so you and I,for we are products of mother nature too.

Is it not amazing that the sun, moon, grasses and all know their place and always take it without much ado.Man with all his wisdom seems to find it more difficult to harness his potentials and remain in his place and represent nature.I believe in the supremacy of God and the fact that He made us to be like him.I believe also that we are God's representative here on earth.God is good. One may ask the logical question:If God is all good and made man in his image, why does man commit evil acts?Fair question I must say.But you see,God is so good and fair that he leaves us with choices.Don't you see that in reality your life becomes what you choose, good or bad!.
