Happy new yEaR

Firework displays,parties and all kinds of celebrations ushered us into the year 2011.In Nigeria,however it was mixed feelings especially in the city of Abuja where I reside.Yet another bomb blast,killing people.



Anyway,we cannot but be thankful for the joy of living.Little wonder,the guy in the picture shares his joy loudly with his  choice of hairstyle,humorous in a weird kind of way...lol.

Happy new year.May 2011 bring us unbeatable joy and blessings all through the year and may we see it end with positive bang...

  This is Onyeka Onwenu, fondly called the Elegant Stallion by the Nigerian media.   Onyeka Onwenu  born on 31 January 1952 is a Nigerian singer/songwriter, actress, human right activist, social activist, journalist, politician, and former  X Factor  series judge.  The  68 years old lady of songs hails from Arondizuogu from Ideato North local government area of Imo state, she is the youngest daughter in a family of seven. This is Olufunke Ayotunde Akindele, a Nigerian Actress and Producer, Script writer and Entrepreneur. She is mostly referred to as Funke Akindele .
